The PS4 Remote Play is an app which can be used on selected smartphones and tablets to use all the features of a PlayStation on the go. Connect your PS4 to the internet, sign into the PlayStation network via the app, sync a wireless dual-shock controller and you're ready to go. This includes everything a PS4 can normally do, like streaming services, Blu-ray playback or simply enjoying your favourite games. With game data saved between sessions, the PS4 Remote Play app allows a seamless transition between big screen and little screen play. However, some games won't look their best scaled down and complicated menus and mini-maps can be tricky to navigate.

Thanks to solid design from PlayStation, their new app offers a decent mobile experience for their fans. While some aspects are spotty and can lag, this free download is overall a great experience.
